Waters of Avalon
The waterfront and estate-oriented portion of Avalon.
Waters of Avalon and the Enclave at Waters of Avalon together form the most water-oriented portion of the community. Numerous homes are situated around or near Avalon's lakes, giving the area a particularly strong waterfront character. The Enclave adds a more exclusive, estate-home character, with larger homes and lots than are typical elsewhere in Avalon — alongside significant lake, landscape and reserve areas throughout the neighborhood.

Meadows of Avalon
A residential neighborhood with substantial lakes, open space and recreation areas.
The Meadows of Avalon is particularly notable because a significant portion of its area isn't simply residential lots. It contains substantial lake, open-space and recreational areas — including a 15-acre lake tract and dedicated recreation grounds — that contribute to the overall character of Avalon. This makes the Meadows an important part of the community's open-space, lake and recreational environment.

Gardens of Avalon
A traditional, landscaped residential neighborhood within Avalon.
The Gardens of Avalon is one of the more conventional single-family residential portions of Avalon. It has an established neighborhood feel, with residential streets, landscaped areas and homes integrated into the broader Avalon community. Less defined by waterfront properties, the Gardens is characterized by its traditional residential streetscape and landscaping.

The Villages of Avalon is another major single-family residential portion of the community. It has a conventional neighborhood layout with residential streets and homes organized in a village-like setting — characterized by its neighborhood streetscape and traditional residential setting rather than waterfront or estate properties.
